Customer Representative
Our dedicated point of contact with the client is responsible for providing end-to-end services, including consultation on high-temperature alloy materials, order coordination, logistics tracking, handling quality disputes, and synchronizing technical information—ensuring a 100% response to customer needs.
Application Engineer
Senior engineers from the Production and Technology Department provide guidance on high-temperature alloy processing techniques and technical support for material applications. They tailor personalized solutions based on customers’ specific needs and, if necessary, travel to the site to resolve issues on-site.
Technical Expert and Chief Engineer
The core team at the R&D center focuses on cutting-edge research and development of high-temperature alloys and the creation of new products, tackling “bottleneck” technological challenges to meet the high-end equipment needs of our customers.
Integrated Production, Sales, and Research Team
