Introduction to the Center
Founded in 2016, the Superalloy Testing Center (the Center for short) is a professional testing agency under Jiangsu Longda Superalloy Aviation Materials Co., Ltd., and it specializes in the innovative R&D and technical optimization of analysis & testing methods for superalloy-related products and raw materials.
The Center has passed certifications organized by authoritative second/third-party laboratories such as CNAS, NADCAP, COMAC, AECC, and SAFRAN. It has established a complete laboratory quality management system in strict accordance with international standards and regulatory requirements. In the system operation, the Center fully implements the precise quality policy to ensure the standardized and efficient analysis & testing process and the precise and reliable experimental data.
The Center is equipped with more than 100 sets of analytical testing instruments and devices, including more than 40 sets of internationally advanced precision analytical instruments, covering core testing domains such as chemical analysis, mechanical properties, and physical metallography. In addition, the Center has more than 50 sets of machining and heat treatment equipment, with a total fixed asset value of over RMB 90 million and a laboratory area of over 3,000 square meters.
As a professional testing platform in the superalloy field, the Center, relying on its sound testing process, rigorous management system, and first-class equipment, can fully meet the stringent testing requirements of customers from high-end sectors such as aerospace and petroleum. In the future, the Center will keep taking technology as the foundation and quality as the core to provide global customers with more professional, efficient, and customized testing services, and support the high-quality development of the industry.
