Founded in 2004, Jiangsu Longda Superalloy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is devoted to building a world-class superalloy R&D and manufacturing base. It is an exemplary business of the “One-Stop” Application Program for High-Temperature Resistant Blades of Aero-Engines and Gas Turbines under China’s Industrial Foundation Enhancement Project, as well as a state-level specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative “Little Giant” enterprise. The Company was successfully listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on July 22, 2022 (Stock Code: SH688231).

By upholding the corporate motto of “Science &Technology as Primary Productive Forces, Talents as Primary Resource”, the Company focuses on high-tech manufacturing. It has established a Superalloy Technology Research Institute, a Jiangsu Provincial Academician Workstation, and a Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base. Besides that, the Company has been recognized as the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Superalloy and the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research Center for Superalloy. Jiangsu Longda Superalloy Aerospace Materials Co., Ltd.


Jiangsu Longda Superalloy Aerospace Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Longda Superalloy Co., Ltd. The company specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of cast high-temperature alloys and wrought high-temperature alloys—key materials for aerospace engines. Its flagship products include cast high-temperature alloy materials for engine blades and wrought high-temperature alloy materials for engine turbine disks. The company is a demonstration enterprise under the national “One-Stop” application program for high-temperature-resistant blades used in aerospace engines and gas turbines, as part of the National Industrial Foundation Strengthening Project, and also a nationally recognized “Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative” Small Giant Enterprise. The company has obtained certifications including the AS9100 international aerospace quality management system, environmental management system, occupational health and safety management system, CNAS national laboratory accreditation, and NADCAP international laboratory accreditation.

The company boasts world-class production equipment and laboratories, with an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of cast high-temperature alloys and 5,000 tons of wrought high-temperature alloys. It has achieved breakthroughs in ultra-high-purity vacuum melting technologies for master alloys of single-crystal, equiaxed, and directionally solidified high-temperature alloys, reaching internationally advanced levels. The company has developed and manufactured advanced single-crystal high-temperature alloys for aero-engine turbine blades, which are now being used in Chinese commercial aero-engines, replacing imported products and meeting international airworthiness standards. Products such as equiaxed, directionally solidified, and single-crystal cast high-temperature alloys have already been applied to core components of aero-engines. The company’s application of ultra-high-purity technologies has been thoroughly validated and widely promoted, establishing engineered production capabilities and raising the standards and quality of the high-temperature alloy industry.

The transformed high-temperature alloy has broken through the “positive triple-link” manufacturing technology used for turbine disks in aero-engines. The resulting products have already been applied to core components such as aero-engine and gas-turbine turbine disks and casings, with the goal of achieving independent supply and replacing imports.

Cast high-temperature alloy products have been exported in bulk for use in foreign gas turbines. The “Zheng San Lian” deformed high-temperature alloy has already been supplied to international aeroengine manufacturers such as Rolls-Royce, GE, and Collins Aerospace.

The company has undertaken several key national research projects focused on materials.

Relying on innovative R&D platforms such as the Jiangsu Provincial Academician Workstation, the High-Temperature Alloy Technology Research Institute, the Jiangsu Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base, the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center, and the Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research Center, the company conducts research and development as well as engineering implementation in new materials, new processes, and new equipment. Its technical team has been recognized as part of the Jiangsu Province’s “Double Innovation Program”—including Double Innovation Teams, Double Innovation Talents, and Double Innovation PhDs—and has also been selected as a leading team under Wuxi City’s “Taihu Talent Program.” The company is committed to building an internationally first-class R&D and manufacturing base for high-temperature alloys used in the “two machines” sector, providing core foundational materials for the global power industry.
