Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct product research and development based on business strategy and market requirements, and take responsibility for developing and implementing specific plans.
2. Participate in the R&D of the company’s new products, new technologies, and new processes; propose feasible solutions and implement them specifically.
3. R&D budget management, R&D schedule management, R&D patent management, and protection management
4. Coordinate with the downstream delivery team to ensure the successful implementation of R&D results.
5. Participate in the establishment of an R&D technology resource library.
